We thought it might be interesting to keep a tally of unusual dismounts from our bikes due to SPDs, and other moments of comedy during our training.
(For those of you who don't know what an SPD is - it's the little clip that keeps your cycling shoe attached to your pedal. You turn your foot outwards to unclip before you stop the bike.)

George's guide to the perfect sun-tan
This is what happens when you are George and you don't wear suntan lotion but do wear gloves and a t-shirt! Comedy sun-burn - much hilarity (for the rest of us - much pain for George). Well done George.
